Returns & Exchanges at XUXA

We want you to love your XUXA pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
